The route is called "Express Corridor." Although it is German-based, I find it more suitable as a fantasy route, with no set era or region. Sort of like a route where all trains, modern and historic, can run together. Kind of like a railroad version of Gensokyo - hence the music choice.
The song used is titled "Kachou Fuugetsu," which translates to "All That is Beautiful In the World" - and after seeing the scenery along this route, it is a very fitting song.
